You're getting farmed by smaller groups because: - really inefficient group comp (squishy, no damage, crutching on barrier and it won't save you) - not marking their players (especially their puller, can't tell when pulls happening and where). Good groups have lead and 5-6 marks out before the fight even happens even if its during a pug farm - bad nb tether timing, should be used to counter northerns - 50%+ of your group gets pulled - healers not bursting at the right time - resto on DDs and not ice staff - stam shalks and not mag shalks - no proxy - bad synergy timing - probably not enough pen - too many healers and they aren't playing correctly. Most of these groups run 3 healers, 4 in a 12 man, and tank way more damage - your comp only works against way smaller groups, small pug stacks, or really bad ball groups. 1-2 healers can out heal all your damage - list goes on

You're definitely not wrong but you're sort of misunderstanding what kind of a group we are. We get smoked by groups that are better than us because... those groups are better than us. It's no real mystery and we don't pretend otherwise. We could clone their comp but at the end of the day the game comes down to individual player skill and that is simply higher on average in the groups that we consistently lose to. We're a casual group and let basically anyone who wants to raid join on any given day. Would it be nice to have 12 all-star players every raid? Of course. But that's not the world that we live in. Anyway though, I appreciate you taking the time to comment.

@@WholesomeESOContent understandable, even casual groups would do significantly better with a better comp. FTQ has a very casual playerbase and they roll other casual groups by just having a better comp.
