@CeTrains thanks! Yes, I got a few questions: 1) power of a diesel unit (in kW or hp) 2) constructional speed 3) what is the speed limit at this station 4) what is the length of a carriage here? I wanna calculate the speed :)

@suncoolclose I am asking that merely because there's a huge difference between such a test being run with the locomotive alone and the same locomotive with a couple of carriages. So I suspect that the diesel unit was tested alone, because of the tilting problem you already mentioned. Anyway, that would be the wisest way to do it, since then the loco can be easily compared to it's 'competitors'.
