Hola ! Segmentaste corte por corte ? Probaste con seeds o threshold ? Yo lo uso habitualmente en TACs óseos. Saludos

Very good tutorial. Can you, please, explain how you got fine-grained segmentations on all three anatomical planes (The Segmentation 1 in your case)? I segment sagittal volume of a knee and the result is fine grained, unfortunately, the other two are not so good. Usually I load corresponding volumes for the other two views but segmentations still correspond to the reconstructed slices. Thank you.
