I have suffered severe pain in hip and si since 21 I’m now 41. I also have severe trochanter bursitis from whatever is wrong with me. I’ve been to at least 80 Drs in 20 years with no help. I was offered a hip surgery not long ago but deep in my heart I know it’s an out of place problem. Tonight I crossed my leg over other leg and squeezed down fairly hard. A loud pop sounded I immediately got relief and my hip, knee and ankle immediately felt in place. I’ve had this out of place feeling for 20 years and feel normal now. But I know it won’t stay in place I can’t believe the relief I’ve got from this pop.

A good video for a general popliteal manipulation. There are other articulations that can be considered including the tibia-fibula joint.

I just sit on my legs with pressure on my knees to get the strain out. I also bend my lower leg (Left leg) to my right and that ends the strain.

When u have had knee surgery and you cant straighten your leg to 0 and a physical therapist pushes down on your tibia while laying on back can he hurt you rather than help you? Is this a good test to find out if your tibia is out of place? What are the symptoms if it is not?what kind of doc or therapist would be able to do this test? What is the manipulation of this is called. Please reply. Thanks I also called your office but because of the shit down it's not possible to contact u. Thanks

Do you do this manipulation just once every day. Once the popliteus muscle is OK do you still continue with this manipulation drill. Please advise.
