The conversations are just as diverse and have alternate ways their voice change mid conversation when you interrupt them. One of the most famous is when a goon says "What if I just turned around right now and saw-" and sees batman and his voice pitches up as he says "-BATMAN!" It's really funny and gives so much life to the game which is why the Batman Arkham series is one of my favorites.

I have noticed Arkham Knight's enemy AI is eons better new gen games like Spider man 2, thug in Arkham Knight help each other out while fighting Batman more of all they grab weapons, try to back up a fallen fellow thug, share weapons etc also the attention to detail is amazing I really hoped to see these kinds of things in Spider man 2 but the game only ran on hype, except for the traversal system Spiderman 2's traversal is amazing.

Rocksteady justified suicide squad feeling empty and dull because everyone in the city is either dead or escaped. In this game it's a similar setting with most of Gotham being evacuated but they still managed to make the city feel alive.

Dude. I remember when I was on the poison ivy stage of the game and I was just observing some thugs. There was this one group I saw that was doing graffiti, but then out of no where they started talking about how batman is bruce wayne. It caught me so off-guard especially because I didnʻt know his identity gets revealed at the end, so I was in genuine shock on what to do. I went down there and tried to interrogate them, but after I beat them up it was just nothing. That line stuck with me until the end of the game and I heard the exact same voiceline while I was finishing up. Although it was a bug, it genuinely made me wonder what these thugs get up to in their off time and it felt like that specific bug immerse me more into the game somehow.

Rocksteady adding enemy comms into the game was so smart bc actually giving players something to be interested about gives them a reason to glide down and see these animations, one thing about spiderman 2 that I didnt like was youre going so fast you barely interact with the city itself. In spiderman 1 and miles morales you have to take it slower so the npc dialogue and interesting npcs catch your eyes easier

The enemy NPCs have always been one of the best parts of the Arkham games. The way you can eavesdrop on them having whole ass conversations is hilarious. I also love the way they get more scared and paranoid during stealth sections as Batman takes them out one by one. They actually manage to mimic some kind of intelligence and it's Cool to see what they'll do to try and either find Batman or just save their own hides

Yeah after finishing the game, I used to spend my time roaming around the city, observing the criminals, listening out for their unique dialogues and sometimes animations. What else is there to do when you finish the game and all the side quests? The thugs keep things interesting
