Lot of poor people in the country, around you, spending money to make a dress out of old saree not with it, except pure silk sarees, one should donate it. Not waste time and money, if you r creative yourself and can stitch something and give it your house help.

What a strange view you have! I can’t think of a more sustainable way to wear old and expensive sarees that may also have some sentimental value to us! I love my mother’s old sarees and plan on reusing them this way only….(with her permission of course)
