Knife handle 101 pt 2

I'm not happy with the aesthetics of this lump of a cork handle for the fishing knife blade, but holding it the way I would to fillet a fish, it really feels good and secure. When the handle is wet and slimy, you don't want the blade to twist. (unless you want to lose a finger)... and it floats ! ( which was the objective of this project) The blade is by Frost of Mora, Sweden that I brought back from my last family trip to Norway. (which is why I don't want it disappearing into the depths when fishing... as some of my gear has ! )
