This special knifes are manufactured fully by using hand tools and traditional equipments. The quality of this knives are excellent compared to other which are available in market. Your videos are awesome. I would suggest to include more footage on the making process. It would need to be sharpened, most likely just honing would be enough to make it razor sharp. Could have included a footage of cutting a tomato or a paper straight down
