Monica hello. These cards together can mean many many things. As always it depends on your question, the placement of the cards in the spread, the order of each card, were other cards also pulled etc. For example if the world card is the first card selected and the world of fortune the card of influence reflect on the message of the world card and then how the wheel of fortune is adding guidance about areas of influence either opportunities or challenges. Is there a The Star Tarot???

Each traditional Tarot deck has The Star card as number 17 of the Major Acana cards. You can easily do a online search to see if someone has made a deck called the star. I am unfamiliar. 🙏

If I understand your question no the Star card and World card in Tarot are not the same. They are both Major Arcana cards but have different energy and meanings the Star number 17 and World 21. Ive done separate videos on each if thats useful. Sorry I didnt see your message earlier than today. 🙏
