Might want to check out the history of the Inner Sphere before making such claims... Humanity in this franchise is pretty casual about the complete destruction of entire worlds, so much so that we managed to technologically regress. Clanners on the other hand are not and haven't technologically regressed, but they can and have glassed entire worlds before but not without a very good (in their opinion) reason.
