3:10 the house is on fire and kitt does nothing until Michael says something. Kitt opens auto "right" roof and Michael closes auto "left" roof

I think in the story line both rooves (roofs?) are opened then closed at the same time. That's as I see it, still, I could be wrong. Take care.

@david.m.304 kitt opens the right side by activating the right side button. But both sides were open. Then Michael pressed the left side button. The editor at that time should have been fired. Or editing wasn't a big issue then.

You may have a point about the editing issue as I've noticed many minor errors or mistakes in this series. (Maybe waaay too much time on my hands since I retired?!).
