Wanted to tell a story about this song. My band director was handing out music and when he handed me mine, it was my mom's copy from 21 years ago! Keep in mind these are both new band/assistant band, directors. On measure 80 my mom wrote, "here's johnny!" Because the Fp and sharp crescendo. Apparently her BD, who was ex marine, yelled that behind them and scared TF out of her.

congrats, I was in the symphonic band this year as an eighth grader. I am very sad because I want to play a lot of these peices but I can't. I'm going into the winter park high school band next year. Wish me luck :)

Flutes are quiet sometimes ( well most of the times I think ) my band director had to get more flutes ( 7 in total ) since we were so quiet ( I’m a flute in honors )
