I kinda get Chloe's perspective. We, as the audience, know Lucifer's struggle to deal with the fact he is the Devil, and how he isn't all that humans make him to be. Chloe hasn't seen that side and only knows what she was told as a child and as an adult: the devil is evil and corrupts humans. Seeing Chloe struggle to accept him and then fully accept him was actually more interesting in my opinion

I dunno, I really liked seasons 1-3 too. Somehow it felt like we were connected more to the side characters during those seasons, but season 4 somehow didn't do justice to Maze, Amenadiel or Linda in my opinion. It made them all feel more or less... stupid? at some point and although I much appreciate that Chloe and Lucifer's relationship progressed so far during this season, I still felt a bit of rush there. I really can't put my finger on it, but you can feel a certain change in the series once Netflix took the reins. The special effects look better though! Especially on Lucifer himself! :D

My Love Will Never Die is actually the perfect song for Lucifer, cause it shows that as Lucifer is an immortal he will live on forever, whereas, Chloe is a human so she will die eventually after getting old, but Lucifer might still keep on considering Chloe to be his first love or even only love till eternity. So this song suits here perfectly!💓 Also after Chloe would die, we all know she would go to Heaven but there Lucifer would never be able to visit her, and he might return to Hell forever.....so you can interpret this song in the sense too.💓💓😔

It's actually good that the show uses such creepy music. Because most of it is emotional, funny and thrilling, but not the bone-chilling horror. So the music balances it, goosebumps! And yes man, Season 4 was sooo dark. Not a single happy moment for anyone
