I learned to crochet a few years ago. I have always been interested in knitting, but find it more difficult.

The way that you're actually supposed to cast off is to knit the first two stitches then put the left needle into the first stitch and pull it over the second stitch. Then you knit another stitch so that there are two and pull the first stitch over it and repeat the process until you have one stitch left on your needle. A good tip is maybe you should watch how to do it and practice it for yourself before you demonstrate. I think you're a great knitter but I think you should've probably practiced the right ways before you show other people how to do it.
