I like that the voice actors usually have a bit of a deeper tone and there's a little bit more... reverb? on the enemy ult lines to make them that much more distinct from ally ones (if the different voice line wasn't enough). To me it just seems like a nice little touch to help make it a bit easier to recognize, even if it is the same voice line as the one you use yourself.
