hello Ajeet...yes i can post in english but the problem is ....my aim is to provide the basic concepts of radiology so that students will able to understand the basic fundamentals.as i think concepts should be given in mother language that is urdu....but i will try my best to arrange subtitles for u as early as possible Have a good day

TGC is a setting through which u can change tissue attenuation in different areas or points of an image. In simple words u can increase or decrease the gain in the area of interest
