Very cool. I’ve always wondered about the full process. But last few times I contacted Metricon to build, it seems that they just waited for me to keep chasing them and I didn’t end up building. Still have the land 🤔

The part where the Metricon sales lady said there is no fee on doing the council checks etc, is that true? I was told there is no cost if you go ahead only. What is the cost roughly of doing all the pre checks in the case someone changes their mind after it?
