Nice one bro. My mum passed just last year too. Hadn’t seen her for almost 6 years as she’s on the other side of the world. But got a chance to go back and play her favourite song for her send off. Was good to be home for a while.

I’m only 47 seconds in and I had to stop this to come in and say that if your goal was to nail the original version of Bob Dylan…….well you nailed it! I’m gonna keep on listening but at this point it don’t matter. You nailed it for sure! Those switches from G to D and to Am, and then back to G, and then bring it back to C are key! I’ve always played it straight up but you got that extra flavor im there. You have the details down!

I’m stuck in the Guns N’ Roses version of this song and whenever I start to sing it, I just can’t get that first part right. The mama take this badge off of me part. I’m trying to sing it like Bob Dylan but I always end up pushing it out like Guns N’ Roses. And I can’t figure out how to do solos. Are you just making that up? How do you know where to put your fingers?
