Hello have you thought about building a container fire pit for the shop out of a tank like that 30" and 4' to it and take another end to it and get some chimney pipes to it and vent it out of the back of the shop. Then put a trap door so you can take the ashes out and put a rebar grate in it. Let me know what you think about it... I love watching your videos everyday they come out.........

I use one of those vent free blue flame propane heaters in my garage. Keeps it from freezing and can really heat it up when working out there

A safety comment about welding. I believe you are using the GMAW-S (Solid Wire - Short-Arc) welding process. That welding process is well known to be a fast-freeze process and is very prone to non-fusion that can be difficult to see by the welder, even while welding. The thicker the metal the more prone to non-fusion. When welding a clip or handle that could be used to lift something heavy, you should always grind the metal bright shiny clean before welding. This will help ensure better fusion. It is also a good idea to use higher amperage and voltage for those welds. Higher heat input also helps prevent non-fusion. A couple extra layered weld passes is also a good idea. The weld fusion line can look perfect and be fully unfused. The last thing you want is for undetectable non-fusion to cause a weld to fail when it joins a lifting handle that breaks and someone gets hurt. If you can use the FCAW process for those welds (Cored Wire) it is not nearly as prone to non-fusion. For that very reason in my industry where very heavy equipment had heavy lifting lugs attached, the GMAW-S process was never allowed. Nice work, love your channel.

How is the bender working out on the bench? Does it stay there or go below when not in use. Like those fire forks.

Send him an email with your request and he should get back to you within a couple days. Email is in the video description. Give him a couple days to respond, he’s pretty slammed with comments/emails right now.

Do you generally cut your angle iron L shaped? I cut mine with the angle at the top. I like the way it cuts much better and it's faster.
