Red eyes are the best flights to take to Europe. You land in the morning, try to stay up all day go to bed and then you are on European time!

Mike said there wasn't very many hours of darkness..if you leave NY at 11pm what time do you arrive Paris time/US time then?

flying to Paris generally takes about 6-7 hours, but Paris time is also 6 hours ahead of NY. So, let's say you leave NY at 11pm, you would arrive at about 6am NY time, which is noon Paris time.

When you go between countries in Europe with the sea between them, if you know what I mean. Instead of getting planes use ferrys instead, they are easier because you can access stuff easily, you can walk around, and it's fun to be on deck looking out the sea

Yes! That is SO GREAT that you put the little kids in their car seats on the plane! Especially for Jude. It keeps them so much safer in case of turbulence and, as you said, it helps them feel cozy so they will sleep. We kept our daughter in her seat on planes until she was five!

The moment you said red eye, I had to pause the video and put in my two cents. :) I personally love red eyes, less traffic at the airport and you fall asleep in one city and wake up at your destination. I watch Eve and am reminded of my great aunt with Down's Syndrome. She was a delight. For her time, she lived a long and fulfilling life. She attended the country school until fifth grade back in the 1930s. After school though, there wasn't much for a person of her ability to do, so she spent her days doing household chores and making pot holders. She lived with her sister's family for over 40 years after the death of her parents. These people are pure and sweet, sent here to cheer the world.

I think when you bring a bunch of "dense" material they freak out. After my Momma passed away, I flew with around 4,000 pics old and new and it was a huge problem.
