That character is Frieda, I believe. 😀 How long does the Peanuts festival usually run at Knotts?? I’d love to go one year!!

Oh! Then you would love the Woodstock toy that rests on your shoulder. It stays there with magnets. Usually the Peanuts Celebration lasts for at least a month and a half but this year it's only for about a month. I think at the end of February it ends.
