LOL LOOOOVE your energetic and expressive reaction!!! You got me interested in the Boysenberry Chicken Mole Fries, top of my list of foods to try next time I'm there, and I am not usually a mole fan, so, nicely done! 😄 The Banana Pudding Funnel Cake with a Boysenberry Drizzle looks fabulous as well, but you didn't have the same reaction as with the mole 😂 So it is second on my list!! Also, cracked me up how Randy made his way into your video, LOL, love you guys!!! Wicked Journey and theFUNnelCakeBlog, you guys are awesome!!!

Thank you, Ligia! It was great seeing you on Friday! In all fairness for the funnel cake. I was rushing through it before the pie eating contest started and I had to leave. It was delicious though and worth getting again. The mole caught me by surprise. I might have gone way over the top but it is worth getting again several times, in my opinion. Randy always cracks me up. I just let him run with it and leave it in the video! Thank you again, Ligia and I hope you had a great weekend! 😀

I always want to go the Boysenberry Festival. I am from Long Island NY. I haven’t made it to California yet.

If you do decide to go, I encourage you to check out Knott's website to see if there are any hotel packages there that would include a hotel stay at Knott's Hotel, entrance to the park, and some sort of tasting card for one low price. Also, they have All Day Dining plans that you can get that will give you meals, that are part of the dining plan, every 90 minutes. It saves a lot of money for you and your family. The dining plans work better when the park is open for more than 8 hours during the week. I'd suggest buying your tickets online to save some money.
