The rent agreement has to contain your name and aadhar or any other id.Rebt agreement in the name of your friend will not be helpful at all

I have the exact same problem, I’ve been asked to send the kyc details 4 times now, I even received their email in which I sent my identity and rent agreement(which is on my parents’ name). As he said in the video in case the address proof isn’t verified they’ll have to ship to the address mentioned on the ID, I hope it is correct and Aramex ships the package to my permanent address

in some exceptional cases only once, they refund the full amount. if they don't find it genuine, then 750 shipping charges will deducted from the refund amount.

You missed one point Apart from the 750 shipping charges is there any other charge included till delivery such as customs and all so after paying the final amount on Nike Website you dont have to pay any extra right till delivery. BTW thanks for the videos much helpful

The answer is: ARAMEX will keep the parcel for 30 days at customs . After 30 days they will send back the parcel to NIke. Nike will issue refund in 4-10 days.

Actually in the website there are only 3 places available where I can add my docs, I tried adding passport back front and Voter I’d they are still saying the doc is incomplete What should I do?

@@atharva.afterlife it's ez bro just contact Nike customer care either u can chat with them or call them it will take around 1 month for refund once ur package is shipped back to Nike from India u will get refund

@@atharva.afterlife I know I had the same issue Ur shoe has already been shipped from Nike warehouse outside India to India when u placed ur order now it has to be shipped back it will be done automatically so it will take time just contact Nike just check the comment under this video I had replied to one of the comments I don't want to repeat everything
