1. I want to export gemstone so same documents applicable for gemstone as mention in the video? 2.this documents are required by whom - customs of our country or custom of importing country? Or buyer? 3. Do buyer tells exporter which product specific documents he requires & rules & regulation of custom of his country? or we have to compulsory have this documents for export? 4 . Is preshipment inspection done by buyer for gemstone export? 5. Can CA or CHA help us in getting this product documents.

Dear Ved, 1. This video is for any Exporter. 2. The documents are required to be prepared by the Exporter for the Customs and also for the buyer in another country. 3. yes, buyers do inform 4. These documents in the video - are not all compulsory. it is mentioned which & when depending upon what you are using. 5. The buyer MAY do the pre-shipment inspection. 6. A C.H.A. may be of help but not to prepare the quality-related documents. CHA is Customs House Agent, so he will help in preparing documents for Customs clearance. And a C.A. is a Chartered accountant - he is not involved in this activity. Dear Ved, we have gone through all your questions and strongly feel you must learn and study the processes and the procedures of export-import. Think over it. Thank You

For an example If I have various design of same material like cast iron, sterling silver, stones etc in bulk. Do I need to lab check each and every design before to dispatch. Like if I use same material all the time to make imitation jewellery in various design of necklace, ear rings, rings, chains etc. Do I need to get certificates for all those before to export. I am talking about the whole stock?? Every time or just once, only prototype? Please suggest.
