ive just transplanted a plant with similar product to stash blend .great white. and literally a day later the plants where larger and looks very healthy... its crazy

How does the Hydroxide present in Stash Blend affect it's ability to do what it's supposed to do?

It's really not in there anymore, but from a regulatory standpoint (fertilizer laws), it needs to be on the label since it was used when creating. It's used in seaweed extraction to concentrate it down. It allows you to form a soluble compound vs milling which breaks it down to a powder. Milling leaves the cell walls and other fibrous materials, lignin, things we don’t really want. Some potassium is left over. KOH -> OH reacts to hydrogen from the acids and forms water. Results in potassium K+ that has already reacted with an acidic compound in that seaweed extract.
