Switchblades are now legal in almost every state I've ever been in. The only knife illegal in all 50 states (to sell) is a ballistic knife.

Excellent video brother. From what i have read, here in Pennsylvania as of January 3, 2023 automatic(switch) blades are now legal to carry here. Otf utility knife is a safe fun option & never sharpening blades is a nice perk too. Plus for super strict things the blade can be separate from the frame, not a knife then... until you insert the blade again, is my not so humble opinion.

My expensive knives I keep locked up in my safe except the ones I'm using. OTF knives are getting cheaper with more competition out there, so maybe you will have one before ya know it.

Yes I believe that in the state of New Hampshire everything is legal . I got no conceal carry permit because in the state of New Hampshire you can conceal carry anything. Knife laws recently changed in Florida, late 2023, we now can carry any size blades legally, I guess one of them trolls had to come out of the bridge sooner or later, thanks, CB, very nice video and rant.

@Knivesarelife I try to do what's best for the channel. Believe me, what I am in the videos is how I am in real life. I do carry what I really want, but I do try and follow the law. According to my concealed carry, if I had the license to have an rpg, I could carry it concealed if I had a pocket that big, lol. I hang out with a lieutenant on our local PD, and I am always breaking out a new weapon on him like "hey is this illegal?" He's all the time like yes, and stop asking me. You know you can have it. Lol I love my weapons.

I currently reside in GA, and am under the impression, (given to me by a deputy, so who knows if it it's true,) that as a convicted felon, if I am arrested for any crime, and am in possession of a knife longer than 3 inches, fixed or folding, it is a crime. Sorry, I know that's convoluted and hyper specific, and I have no idea if it's even true. Just was I was told by a Hall county deputy

Here is my thing, though, it is well known that the first tool of human beings was the knife. How is a human to survive without a tool such as a knife even in modern times such as these. So what if after you were rehabilitated and you took an interest in being a chef. Well, you would need several knives to make that job work. We all make mistakes, some worse than others, but if you want to change your life for the better, then you shouldn't be punished for it for eternity. I would google Georgia knife laws so you are complaint with them and know one will be able to say anything as long as you're within the guidelines.

Gravity Knives are NOT illegal in New York State. Only switchblade knife, pilum ballistic knife, metal knuckle knife, cane sword, shirken, or “Kung Fu star” (Shuriken is misspelled and ‘Kung Fu’ suggests Chinese and not Japan. Ahh, classic racism) Any dagger, dangerous knife, dirk, machete, razor, stiletto, or undetectable knife only becomes unlawful when possessed with intent to use the same unlawfully against another. Self defense is not unlawful. So you can use a dagger to defend yourself, but gain an additional charge if used feloniously

Which you are correct, but have you even seen one in person. I haven't either. I have seen and held a switchblade for before the law was in place. Just like some firearms they were grandfathered in.

"Know your laws" No. Know the foundation of laws in a free society. If my actions are not actively infringing upon the rights of another then I have broken no laws. Any other enforcement of laws that do not have anything to do with an active infringement are functionally unconstitutional. HOWEVER, even the highest level people in our legal system refuse to address this mitigation of responsibility of finding in terms of practical legality to president and are cowards and traitors. Every judge in this country that doesn't judge based on the merit of the current case and bases their decision on president instead of base application of law has no right to judge another man let alone breathe another breath.
