Counseling before HIV test is too important. If you have ever been to a counseling and testing center you will understand what I mean. If people conduct their HIV test without all information required, there are chances that mental health becomes threatened, may lead to severe depression and suicides. Also, there's a reasonable chance that post-test action in case of a positive result may not be proper. I still recommend HIV screening to be done at a counseling and screening center
