How can I make a Signature Brush on Rebelle? (I mean a brush for signing)

You already have a signing brush. It's the Fountain Round, on Ink category. If you prefer a chiseled brush, use the Fountain Square. You can also activate Line Smoothing if you wish; click on the top right icon of the Properties Panel.
