When you say wasted element to the client, the client doesn't care. It's the leaseholders who get shafted, not your CLIENTS.

No regulatory body checking these companies, no accountability, no fines to the dreadful managers and freeholders equals expensive building safety which means almost nothing without prosecuting poor implementation. Who pays for all this waste..........the leaseholders..
