The Magi were drawn to the star, but Jesus was born in a manger to foreigners, not Israelites. The meaning The Star of Jacob represents Jesus Christ, who is the true Israel. Dear @sparkomatic100 I hope and believe that I have clarification and/ or an explanation in response to your claim. It is in the Bible as far as multiple resourceful preachers and or knowledgeable people of God’s words that I’m very sure that what I’ve heard and/or seen in my Bible studies. There’s a statement somewhere that says after God created the world and all that’s included in it says when he saw all that was created. God was proud of what he created. When the Bible states not to be proud that is a guidance for all who take dedication in studying the Bible. I’m stating that as a believed and trustworthy explanation that I have had more knowledgeable persons preach or say that I’ve taken recognition of. I remember thinking a very similar thing. But because God is the absolute ultimatum of everything in existence I was taught there are no limitations to or on God and his abilities. Take it or leave it as you will. I’m offering my believed understanding and explanations of the Bible’s teachings to aim in a righteous response to your question. If I am wrong I hope this will be seen by a good Bible knowing and understanding person from JDMMinistries to either agree with my statement or give opposing proof. Hope for the best answer or agreement from a reliable source.

Do you know why pride is a sin to God? It's because pride is rooted in the exaltation of ourselves rather than God. Being proud in this tense is not the same. There is gratitude, a pleasing that God takes in His children doing what He commands just like how it makes a parent proud when their child is being successful in a thing.
