I think configuring multiple public IP adresses is rather misleading. You just took an IP-block and distributed the IPs in your network (manually). I don't know how you got a block by your ISP, but I think if you kinda build a block yourself, the ISP may not be happy about this. Better show a tutorial about IPv6 delegation across 2 Mikrotiks. It doesn't work for me for some reason.
