True, But logic is also incorrect.. The reason in disel locomotives we cannot have cabin near to exhaust as it can cause the loco pilot to get boiled due to continuous heat exhaust. In electric the problem of exhaust is not there..

i think the real reason behind single cab in steam and diesel loco is that too much heat generated in engine so cab was on the far end. Since not too much heat generated in electric loco thus its easy to make two cabs in it. Its my opinion

Aapko first view aur comments aur like karne walo ko love dete hai aur ese questions ke answers nhi dete ho aap. My question was that, "Can't we convert our LHB coaches to Train 18 like coaches?? Like by changing the doors, Changing the Gangway connection, making aerodynamic locomotive and fix it like Vande Bharat from both the ends?? In this case,we can obtain more speed as compared to past . Please reply or else straight forward say me no

If your idea was ever possible then why would the railways spend 100 Crores to make the first trainset in 1.5 years? They could have saved a lot of money that way! Train 18 has many design elements that differ from normal LHB coaches. Unlike normal LHB coaches they have semi permanent couplings not the centre buffer couplers. Also they have lot of electrical differences.

@@AnubhabKundu Rathe than using 2 locomotives in push-pull mode, it will be better na. And 100 Crores are spent for Semi High-Speed train. I am talking to reuse these coaches so that our premium trains would also get a nice look and speed. Read and understand the question properly.

विदेशों में आज भी डीजल मल्टीपल लोको का चलन है। डीजल इंजन अपनी बनावट के कारण मल्टीपल यूनिट में चलाने के लिए ही बने है, लेकिन रेलवे सिंगल लोको चलाकर अपनी मनमर्जी का काम करती है।
