Sir as far as I know in sbi after clearing jaiib caiib there is only monetary benefit there is no seneority increase in promotion unlinke other psu or rrbs .....please answer the query?

From RRB, eligible for promotion next year. Is it wise to join CBO? Worried about work timings and pressure as currently in RRBs pressure is there but can be avoided if somebody wants to.

Get Selection and then decide, I know RRB Culture is getting worse and less promotion scope, in long run CBO will help you for growth if u use it as an USP and quickly move in other lateral entry jobs.

Very Good Question, We don’t have any X factor, we have only result factor and only we have it. In last 3 year 95% selected CBOs more than 3000 CBOs are from knowledgist. And after Result Declaration other platforms has to go hide and we come live with 1000s of our students to announce the result. Also we don’t do online marketing, sell course at three time more than them, give no discount, and don’t care people join or not and still run houseful and all set to give all the results. What is the difference in work profile of CBOs and regular Scale-1 Officers (POs or promotee officers)?

Almost same, a Po joins with 4 advance increment, CBO with 2 only
