Thank you 🤗 don't hold your breath for part 2, we still haven't edited part 2 of our Knowsley trip from January lol. We are just about beginning to catch up slightly, since Danny went back to work he has worked all hours. We did manage to get the Tag video done though and had a lot of laughs doing it, so we are getting there. Keep well and enjoy the week ahead.

Hi... we are taking my little boy on Sunday and are wondering how it works? We have paid for 2 adults and a child but have seen there is a drive through safari but also a walk through area with a few children’s rides? Does the entrance fee cover both?

Hi, Tickets cover both the Drive Safari and the Foot Safari. Knowsley, like all zoos and attractions have had to change and put certain restrictions in place. During last years restrictions, which presumably are currently the same, the procedure is to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your booked arrival time. When you arrive at the drive through check-in booths, you are asked for your name and booking reference number, so it is really important to remember to take this with you. You then have the option to do the drive safari or park up in the car park and do the foot safari. In our experience, after visiting during restrictions, if you arrive later in the day, we think it is better to do the foot safari first, as it gives you more time to explore this area. The last time to enter the drive safari is usually 4pm. When we visited, you were able to go round as many times as you like after your arrival slot. The foot safari has a small selection of rides and young children's rides, such as merry go rounds and small coasters, playgrounds etc. The website states that some rides may be closed at the moment and rides are being sanitized between guests, so wait times may be longer. The foot safari is currently a one way system. There are some great animals to see along the root. Meerkats, Giraffes, Tigers, Bush Dogs, Wolves. There is sometimes a falconry display on. The indoor sea lion show is probably currently closed. They have a wait system to use the toilets. There are also some toilets available near the car park just before you enter the drive safari. The restaurants and cafes are takeaway service only and a mask is required to enter the gift shop. The gift shop can get busy at closing time, for this reason we sometimes do gift shops at the start of visits to attractions. There are a number of refreshments stands around the foot safari selling ice cream, burgers, fries, hot dogs drinks etc. There are also picnic benches situated at the end of the car park and throughout the foot safari. There is also a little woodland walk, which is great to get away from more crowded areas. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching and have an amazing time!

@@NutraFit87 Thanks for your lovely comments! One point we forgot to mention is that the rides are not included in the ticket price, you have to pay for these separately. Not sure how they are doing this now, but previously you had to buy tokens for the rides from a ticket booth, located in the ride area of the park. Take care and enjoy your day out.

Thanks for watching, really glad you enjoyed the video, you can drive around the park in well under an hour but if you take your time at all the animals especially the lions it can easily last for 2 hours.. Have a great week and keep well.
