Idk, I’ve seen comments where if they had a daughter in panic mode, they would remember if it’s a SA. I have one of those cases within my household, a gay pedo case that I remember CLEARLY because I saw it. So when I heard the dads response, I was skeptical. Then I also read other comments about the daughter being autistic, why would a parent drive an autistic child out to NY, and leave her there? Some say he’s a terrible parent. Now let’s go at it in this lighting. If he is a bad father, is it hard to imagine him selling out his daughter to Jay Z lawyers for hush money? I mean looking at the patterns, is it improbable to say he did a heinous act against his own daughter just for money?

Whats so disgusting is that someome like JZ who is in Diddys circle has a very high liklihood of done or seen something imorale and or against the law. And shes used the believability of the story for some werid fucking attention grab, the lawyer and father are despicable too as this person clearly should be in a young adults care home. I hope Jz kindly donates money to some asylum to gst her committed.

@@UnspairingI agree that false accusations hurt the real victims from gaining credibility however I disagree with the notion that if you know someone that does insert whatever bad thing(s) it makes you highly likely to have done such stuff. Every single person in these comments have or have had friends that were into some shit that they don’t agree, everyone here has family that has done messed up stuff. Just because you know or are friendly with someone who is into bad stuff doesn’t mean that you also take part in it or agree with it. People completely ignore the obvious things for example the friendship that Jay had with Biggie, that Diddy was a mogul with control of a lot of artists and other influences… LOTS of people dealt with Diddy, that doesn’t mean they were into all this mess that is coming out. Diddy was a business; you can have your feelings about people choosing to do business with such people but then you’d need to be fair and look at who you do business with each day or do you really believe that all the corporations that our money supports are doing the right things?

The story had some big question marks at the start and should have been fully vetted especially before the lawyer started sending requests to Jay for arbitration. The first video about this subject I commented on and there were people calling me “disgusting” for not immediately believing the “victim”, there were also people saying that “victims” have to be believed fully no matter what when they come forward… BS! We act like there are not people capable of lying about stuff like this - did we all forget about Jussie Smollett? I will continue to say that everyone should wait for evidence to come out, we’re supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. If there is proof and Jay is found guilty of any of these allegations then I’ll be the first to jump on the bandwagon of investigate him, criminally, where possible and toss him under the jail. Victims SHOULD get justice but there should also be verification that victims are actually that and not someone simply claiming to be a victim.

I believe “Jane Doe” is mentally unstable & making up lies. She may have been SA but NOT by JZ. I am not a JZ fan. I am a supporter of the TRUTH.. & this accuser has NO evidence of the assault or anyone to substantiate she was SA… i believe she & her shady ambulance chasing attorney are looking for a “bag” but JZ was not willing to be blackmailed by Buzzby..so JZ sued him for trying to illegally extort him! Maaan, I play too much Ace Attorney to let all these holes slide. Lets start with the basics: If this minor has autism, who is letting them out of their parental sights longers than an hour let alone 5. Any issues that arise due to their actions would fall on the parent, not the minor. And heading to the VMA's? With what ticket? Tickets cant be claimed by minors, they would have to have someone over the age of 18 to claim the tickets and attend with them. What adult did she corroborate into this story? Her "friend" that traversed her 5 hours across NY and just randomly dropped her off? That adult would be needed to get her into the VMAs (if not, that's a whole different lawsuit). And somehow, despite all the attendees for this award show and all the security, this challenged minor from Rochester was about to smooze it up with the stars enough for Diddy to take notice of her beauty and personally escort her to "the afterparty"...? Whomever the ambulance chaser that made her corroborate this story needs to be indefinitely disbarred and locked up themselves 🤣🤣🤣

There are a lot of children/teens who are out at night, hang out with grownups, come in contact with alcohol and drugs and who are S,A’d children and teens who’s parents don’t know where they are, who don’t care, who are unable to care for their children. So when you say, what 13 year old does this.. then your basing that on your experiences The same when you say the dad would have asked, realized that something was wrong, remember that night. More importantly - if she offered to take one then why hasn’t the attorney given her one already? You’re right that polygraphs are not admissible evidence in a court of law but the attorney still made this statement - why? It’s simple, he made it to try to sway the ugly press about the “inconsistencies”. That said if he really wanted to sway the opinion he’d have her take the polygraph and then post that she passed with flying colors… again, this would mean nothing in court but would help the public opinion… but yeah no polygraph has been administered or if it has no results have been issued to the public… I wonder why.

As an SA survivor myself, there's usually some sort of process of where you sit there in the dark and go over the situation in your head over and over again to figure out what even happened to go so wrong. That kind of shit sticks to your brain like tar. There's no way she can recount it and make such glaring mistakes in her story unless she lied somewhere. If the only thing you can say for sure is that you were assaulted, with no other corroborating or verified details, there's no way you're going to be believed. And while you could account the shaky story with PTSD, especially in someone with autism, her own father didn't recall picking her up, and that raises red flags. How did she actually get home then? Why lie about that? What else is a lie? Lying on any level opens up the avenue for doubt to be thrown on the whole thing, and she's got no one to blame but herself for that one. I have no doubt Jay-Z was involved in some nasty shit, why else would he BE AT a diddy party? But I think this particular case in specific is a red herring, which makes the possibility of him being charged with something real lower.

We all know he sent his private investigators-who we’ve already seen exposed in multiple videos by creators-to pressure and extort the girl into saying she lied or that there were inconsistencies in her testimony. There’s no way that someone who wanted to stay out of the spotlight out of fear would suddenly agree to do an interview with NBC. Jay-Z is guilty. Let’s not forget about his alleged son, who is literally Jay-Z’s twin, and whose mother was only 15 at the time. Why won’t Jay-Z agree to a DNA test? Also, after being so close to Diddy for decades, it’s impossible to believe he didn’t know what was going on. Then there’s Rihanna’s testimony on Tyra Banks where she mentioned Jay-Z told her there were only two ways to leave the room: through the door, with the deal signed, or through the window-on the 29th floor. What did you mean by that, Jay? And in another interview, Jay-Z himself admitted they were in that room from 3 or 4 in the afternoon until 3 a.m. Besides signing the contract, what else were you doing locked in a hotel room with a minor?

Im totally confused by why this Tony Busbee laweyer guy took her as client. There appears to be ZERO evidence. He had that big press conference when first announcing they were going after Diddy and other BIG stars. jay being one of them obviously. He said he was getting hundreds of calls a day from victims or something like that, and they were going to vet each one thouroughly to make sure they were true before moving forward. We go from that to this being the first girl to be heard of?? i find this beyond bizarre, none of her story remotely makes any sense, how could she be the first Jay victim to be presented, and even interviewed by NBC news? After watching the video deleted did and you can tell he spent at least a couple days doing research. I think the lawyer is taking advantage of her. I don’t think Jay Z did anything. She said they picked her up at 9:30 but everyone was still inside the VMA award show and until 1115 and then you got to think if you’ve ever tried to go anywhere in a big country in America, you’re not getting across town in three minutes. When he left the VMAs, he didn’t go to any mansion with Diddy and by the way he didn’t even own any mansion in the year 2000 in New York. He owned a townhome. Jay Zwas at a party that Dre and Eminem were holding for aftermath entertainment that night which she got to after midnight and by this girl story by midnight she had already been assaulted and been picked up from her dad and by the way her dad says this never happened

I don’t think enough people are taking her autism into account with respect to this interview. One of the things i struggle with a lot due to my autism is on the fly interrogations. For me to be able to recount something or explain something to someone i need to spend time coming up with what is essentially a script of exactly what im going to say to make sure i convey everything properly and accurately. You can see it in the many long pauses she had in the middle of some of her answers, theres a good chance that thats her trying to figure out in her head exactly how to say what she wants. If we feel rushed we sometimes just blurt out the first thing we think of in response, which is usually a rough draft of our intended answer, which isnt always exactly accurate or totally make sense. I would like to preface that this doesnt fill every hole in her story but to me it explains some of the minor inconsistencies and uncertainties in her delivery. I would also like to say that I’m basing this on my experiences with autism, as everyone is on a spectrum, her experience with autism and how it affects her is almost certainly different to mine. I could be wrong about this but i think its at least something people should be taking into account here. I’m not putting much weight on this interview to determine my judgment in either direction. Im still going to wait until proper proceedings take place before doing so.

Ok, so i was a teenager and remember the 2000 pretty well. Diddy, at the time, was current on trial for the shooting at Club NYC. So, he was under the microscope. So, while not defending him, was highly watched at that time of the performance with JLo. Plus, if i recall, Jay Z was not on the billing for the VMAs at that time or was briefly there. So, while i will always defend the victims, this is not helping those ACTUAL victims. A polygraph is not always accurate. It puts the public, now, unease and convince that Buzzbee's clients are not telling the truth if one person's statement is inaccurate.

Not saying that is what happened or that is what I think, rather just one of a few possibilities. We simply don't know enough of anything to have an accurate judgement yet. To be clear, I'm not saying I believe her but I'm not saying it didn't happen because I simply don't know. Honestly I’m a huge fan of Jay’s music, but I’ve never seen him as a good person. I don’t think I believe this accuser due to all the inconsistencies but I still think Jay is a bad person. That being said, he’s the best artist to ever come out of NY hip hop IMO, and I’ll always hold his artistry in extremely high regard. Jay-Z is as worthy of separating the art from the artist as anybody else in hip hop. Edit: Since I seem to have confused some people somehow, this comment’s intention was the point out that no matter what Jay does as a person, his artistry shouldn’t be downplayed. If you care whether or not he’s a good person you should research that yourself and not rely on a KZbin comment section for the information.

Just curious, why do you think he's a "bad person". These are very strong words. What did he do that was so horrible? Most of the time we don't ever get to hear his side of any story. The same is the case here.

@@pigmasters3263 again, all of that according to whom? Did you ever get to hear his side of story? Infact, there are many narratives that he's gone out of his way to help others but his position demands that whatever decision he makes will get some negativity from some people at least. As far as I could tell, he's never done half of what internet goons accuse him of doing. Dude is just at a level where he's blindly hated and he never responds. Most of these claims are made due to people being biased from the start against him.

The Dad part of the story is the weirdest part for sure. Driving FIVE hours to pick up a daughter from being SA'd by two super High profiled people and NOT remembering it at all is WILD. And you might think the Dad wants to not say things to protect his daughter but it makes her look WAY more sus. That is super weird!

It is a lot harder to come forward than you think, and sometimes the details are foggy especially from so long ago. Brought back some really bad memories for me anyway. Where it happened and other details may be forgotten especially if someone hasn't been there before. What is never forgotten is the r**e itself. The helplessness. I do not know if her story is true or not, but the blowback from misremembered details is why less than 25% of people report these things. It is just so very very sad. Just think about it
@KnoxHill

It's not the misremembered details tho..it's the logic that doesn't make sense. What 13 year old has a friend who can drive and then takes her 5 hours and drops her off alone in the biggest city in the world? Then what father allegedly drives five hours in the middle of the night to pick up his daughter and has zero recollection of it? There's a lot logically that doesn't add up

Yeah, who is going to risk that misinterpretation had the police rolled up on the scene. Why didn't the other limo drivers report her to the police? If it's past 10 pm or hell even 8 pm and a child comes up to my limo and is asking me where the after party is at, I'm calling the police immediately. How did she get access to the limo drivers? You'd think they would be in at least a semi secure location since they are escorting millionaires.

Hey Knox I have been with you for several years now and you should think really hard about what you’re saying. If the girl was 13 years old she is definitely not going to remember everything but she would remember something like this. And if she takes a lie detector test then it will be a good thing. She could be mixing up day’s. And this father doesn’t sound like a very good person. And if she is autistic then that can explain why she’s missing up things. Let the girl alone for now because she has kids. And is probably trying to protect them all she can. When the pieces come together then speak out but don’t try and make her look bad if it was one of your kids, you would think twice before speaking. I still love you and respect you. But you are not a lawyer and they are paying people with channels to INFLUENCE other people so please 🙏 don’t be one of them. I’m not trying to make any assumptions or snap decisions about anything. And remember all the money he has to buy testimonies. ❤

I appreciate this comment...since we should withhold condemnation of either party until all the facts come out. HOWEVER...when you do a public interview on a nationally broadcast channel, you are inviting the public to comment on the case. I don't know if her lawyer advised her to do this, or if she was pressured by NBC to do the interview...but it really seems like a grave misstep.

Thing is...logically it doesn't make sense. I'm not jumping to conclusions, I'm using common sense regarding this case. What "friend" of a 13 year old can drive and then takes her five hours just to drop her off in one of the biggest cities in the world? What father doesn't remember driving 10 hours round trip to pick up his daughter in the middle of the night? Where's the gas station witness as what did she do after calling, sit there for five hours waiting for her dad? How can a thirteen year old overpower two adult males? I never passed judgement and still said IF this is all thrown out or proven wrong it's bad, but I'm sorry I'm going to use my brain in these reactions. There are many holes in this case already and it hasn't even gone to court, yet her and her lawyer have made a very public showing of this whole situation thus far, inviting public scrutiny

There shouldn't be any kind of issue with the delay in reporting. Victims often can't report (for a variety of reasons) for a significant length of time. That said. If her parents allowed a neurodivergent 13 year old to go to the city alone - CPS needs to be involved. The conflicting witnesses (Madden brothers) - huge issue - raises serious question as to her story. Her father not recollecting? That one is a 50/50 ball for me. If he says he remembers..... he's a douchbag of a parent for letting her be there. It still raises questions about the validity of her claim though. My personal feeling is that the attorney smells a few million bucks - and is taking advantage of a neurodivergent individual. Wouldn't surprise me if he's the one that made up the story and "found a victim" that would agree to participate.

I don't think kids understand how difficult it would be for the father to find his daughter in New York. Phones didn't have gps so he would have to go to a computer search her location and then print map quest directions. That would literally take a hour to do even before getting in the car to pick her up
