Johnny, first of all I want you to know that you guys have helped me through dark times with your humour and I love you all to bits. That's why I hate myself for pointing out the mistake I found, but I just cant keep my trap shut about it. When the Doctor says to Ryan that "we gotta make an Xray just to be sure" you can already see the Xray photo of the car up his butt in the backround. I could never doubt that you dont do that gruelling stuff for real, but it looks like the doctors must have been aware of the sketch and someone had put up that xray too early. I hope that im mistaken since its cooler when the "victims" of the joke dont know about it, but one thing cant be faked, and thats the ruthlessly gnarly self inflicted damnation you guys put upon yourselves in order to make others laugh, and for that I have always admired and always will salute you. You guys are my heroes and I cant wait to watch the new batch follow your sordid footsteps to fame. Keep em coming, and if you ever make it to Germany I wanna know about it. First off, they obviously have to get clearance to record in there, so the doctor knows this is being recorded, but doesn't have to know what they're recording for. So it wouldn't surprise me if they just did the entire thing as it looked with the doctor not knowing a thing, and then watched the footage and realized they couldn't understand what he said the first time due to his accent and asked him later to repeat what he said, so the audience knows exactly what's to follow.
