Nah I'd say it's fine, as far as weapons go, do you even know how much it takes to even craft Dte, Max level(which is now 290) , Max Proficiency(which u need to farm or buy materials for), Mad character slots for material limit (if you don't own bag expansion ticket, etc and for the best of the best dte you need to gamble.

Very big diff.i am a knux dagger.i found out the best dmg multiplayer in highest to lowest. 1.DTE 2.Buff(s) n Potions 3.Stats 4.Skill multiplier 5.Weapon atk 6.Xtall *Normal attack skill dmg around 2- 3mil without DTE.if full multiplayer 7-10mil.

My personal opinion if its hdb boss like ex/raid battle like mulgon(not guild raid) i will use Salmond anyway ampr +36 make you ultimate no need much of time to waste your time to normal atk 1 hit of combat knif make full mp then spam If you compare 1s dte = 2s salmond But salmond did win at higher aspd & more ampr
