Sir actually how to get concentricity option . I can't choose both circles... And also I can't draw the circle center on the axis .... So that I told is worst.. Sorry sirr!!!! Don't take mistake me sir....

Using control button select two cricles so constraints dialuoge box will be highlighted select concentricity option
