Jameer is a cool and humble dude. Used to play on the courts with him in Chester PA, even dropped him off at his crib a few times after we played. He was one of those dudes that played casually against us regular dudes, but turned into a monster against the real comp in HS and college. Him and Delonte West were nice at St Joe's in Philly too. And he's not lying about playing the best player in Chester for 1500, he played a dude name Black Magic. We were all surrounding them as they played.

I looked up to Jameer’s game back in college and knew this he was going to be special. Having him score 40 points and 20 assists to Dwight on 2k. I’m happy to know a guard I looked up to is an honorable man and a good role model for his kids.

Jameer Nelson was Special - That was Orlando's Guy after Tracy McGrady left. Jameer Nelson with Dwight Howard gave us a special run with the Orlando Magic. I remember that controversial decision because there was a shift in the momentum but we never were mad at our Guy Jameer Nelson - Losing never feels good especially after making it to the NBA FInals- In fact I was there courtside and met Rhianna and a lot of stars so Thank you Orlando Magic

I remember the controversy, I believe “Skip to my Lou” was starting when they beat the Cav’s and went through the playoffs and Nelson came back and didn’t have a good final, Alston didn’t get no burn that series and they lost! It was said that Nelson messed up the team chemistry! However I respect his explanation on playing bcuz most of us never knew he went to all his teammates individually to ask if he should play!

Jameer Nelson is classy for not naming the guards ranked ahead of him in the Class of 2000. I'm not so classy: Marcus Taylor, Andre Barrett, Chris Duhon, Taliek Brown, Imari Sawyer, Avery Queen, Cliff Hawkins, Adam Boone, Andre Owens. Oh yeah, those guys were also ranked ahead of another HS Class of 2000 guard named Dwyane Wade.

Quick story time... #DontJudgeMyLife 🤭Since Jameer talking perfect games A10 style....🥰 Fordham WBB My PG, Me, x My Brazilian Bombshell was COOKIN' a ranked VTech! We most definitely were about to catch an upset! I almost had a perfect game against a ranked VTech my Jr year. After two years riding the bench 😮‍💨... Fordham WBB was giving it to VTech! Until one of VTech players made a DIRTY DIRTTTTTTYYYYY Play!!!!! Braking my PG's nose, Blood GUSHING, leaving her with two black eyes as well. I went 11 for 12, with 10 boards, fouled out with like less than 2mins. I saw red! Hearing PG scream like that, I'll never forget! Ish was DIRTY!!!!!! So me being immature and a hot head. Instead of finishing the game cracking their heads for an upset...... me and my PG out the game now. Leaving my Brazilian Bombshell to try and get it done with the rest of the Squad. Fast forward adult Jae, I would have taken the Upset going 11 for 12 from the floor.... Life Lesson for me.... Don't be a hothead, get the W and make National Headlines, not just local headlines. 🏀 ,
