FULL EXPLANATION:
Uppermoons training are trainings for demons that Muzan chooses that has a big potential to make the demon clan stronger or maybe even got promoted as a Lowermoon, they are called "The Golden Opportunity". But before that, they'll have to get stronger first and to accomplish that, they need to take an Uppermoon training, this training contains all the Uppermoons to help other low rank demons improve their BDA and physical strength along with battle skills and educations, they would usually be 50 demons or more.
This training goes from the weakest Uppermoon to the strongest Uppermoon.
1. Kaigaku: Speed training
2. Daki: Dodge training
3. Gyuutaro: Poison immunity + dodge training
4. Nakime: Mid test (Speed, dodge, and poison immunity test. PLUS: Teamwork training // Forms up a team, 4 demons each and having to hold hands with each other during the test)
5. Hantengu: Hiding training (Educational)
6. Gyokko: Escape training (Contains education and skills)
7. Akaza: Physical + Flexibility training
8. Douma: Physical + Flexibility + Balance training
9. Kokushibou: Final test (all that above in order test)
STRICT RULES:
1. KILLING IS NOT ALLOWED
2. ALL UPPERMOONS MUST USE THEIR MINIMUM POWERS
3. SELF SURRENDER IS ALLOWED
4. PARTICIPANT MAY NOT HURT ANOTHER PARTICIPANT UNLESS IF THERE'S A COMPETITION OR A DUEL FROM THE GUIDANCE

Imma explain on how the MID and LAST test would be bc why not and incase y'all are confused MID TEST (NAKIME) Nakime's training takes in the infinity fortress and the test contains a speed test, a dodging test, and poison immunity test, the way it works is that Nakime is placed somewhere in the infinity place to control the buildings, making traps and basically testing their power, she also places a bit of poisons here and there to test their dodging skills but if they didn't dodge that, they'll test their poison immunity but her tst also contains training and that is teamworking, each team has 2 demons or more based on the current participant and they all have to stick together no matter what, if one team pass, then they'll be teleported to the next guidance. LAST TEST (KOKUSHIBOU) Kokushibou's final test is basically a battle with all the current participant using their BDA to test their speed, strength, aura's, etc. Kokushibou is only allowed to use a non-sharp weapon to prevent him from killing any participants. how will they pass? the only way to pass this test is to managing to at least hit Kokushibou with their BDA and if they did, they successfully pass, but if it went for too long, there'll be a time break which is usually 15-30 minutes.

@@dawnastarlight6786 I didn’t say all of the Hashira favored him and of course Sanemi and Obanai didn’t but Mitsuri *kind of* did and Muichiro absolutely did (although Tanjiro was better than any of the other participants I’m pretty sure Muichiro still wouldn’t have given them the praise he gave Tanjiro if they had done the same thing as he did simply because Muichiro and Tanjiro are kind of friends). Uzui did (though again part of it was because Tanjiro is just better than most of the other participants and only the other part was because he has a good opinion of Tanjiro). Gyomei did not. Giyuu was busy being depressed so we didn’t see him do the training arc.

Sanemi was another story, Gyomei complimented his strength and willpower and also respected his kind soul. Uzui was probably because of skill and plus, Uzui's wives also saw him as a friend if I'm correct. Obanai hated tanjiro but let him go after he showed his true skill but still hated him for getting too close to kanroji. For Giyuu, we didn't see his training arc,

I would love Akaza and Doumas training. I’ve always loved the idea of being able to do self defense, and those two are my favorites. I also love Daki and Hantengus training. Can you explain Nakimes training a bit better? I’m confused

Nakime's test is probably reaction speed, they need to be more faster and dodge the moving walls and doors so that they wont be crushed or obliterated. It needs speed and obviously, reaction speed.

I think douma’s training would be one of the easiest and and either koku or grutaro would be the hardest seeing that you would be fighting against upper 1 one of the strongest and you would have to survive through poison and with douma’s it sorta easy if you good at balance and demons a quite strong so I don’t think I would be much of and issue holding those rocks seeing in akazas training there able to punch through walls so doumas would be one of the easiest
