I found Kouchi gari basic, effortless and effective technique when is applied correctly. Relax, lower your hips, good hands coordination and sweep aside with explosion ... for a good kouchi gari. Thank you for this video technique. Oss.

Double kouchi gari! Never thought about this ! Also good tip about going for forward from kenka yotsu, here kouchi gari is taught onlye stepping backwards. Domo arigatou gozaimasu !!!
