Nice video Joe but I must say that I miss your go pro footage. Sorry to be brutally honest but the sound and picture quality was so much better with the go pro and although your commentary after the ride is good, there's nothing like hearing you talk while you are riding your ebike. It's more natural. Hopefully your birthday is coming up soon and you can drop some hints for one ;) What a gorgeous koala. And he/she let you up so close too. Beautiful. You're very fortunate to live so close to a national park. Great rides and beautiful flora and fauna.

Thanks Emmy..... appreciate your comments. Yes, sound was much better on the old GoPro but video stabilisation was poor. Now I use my phone to film which has reasonably good image stabilisation but poor sound pickup - can't win unless I lay out more dollars, and, as you can see with my bike, I always do things on a limited budget. Haven't tried your earbud suggestion yet. Yes, park's good - full of our native fauna. Always something to see. Have even come across deer but haven't been able to film them as they are too skittish.

@@joc1862 Hi Joe. Thanks for your reply. My friend and I are limited to our local bike paths unless I'm on leave from work when we head into the bush. The bike track (paved) that we ride on frequently is smack bang in the middle of suburbia although you wouldn't think you were in suburbia as it's really lovely and bushy and nearby to a creek. We see quite a lot of water and other birds and it's really nice. Once the weather cools down we are going to tackle the dirt tracks that also run closer by to the creek. It's still too warm at the moment and I'm not eager to cross a snake. I don't agree with you with regards to the camera footage. I think the GoPro footage was just fine and better than your new phone overall, sound and video, and would go back to using that if I were you, but ultimately it's up to you. Maybe it stopped working? I'm not sure. Thanks very much for the videos, I really enjoy watching your rides etc. Em.

@@emmyryan6592 Thanks Emmy. You got it - Gopro dropped during a ride & was damaged. Yes, snakes can be a problem along bush tracks. I've seen a couple where I ride, luckily in time to avoid them. Just ride where you enjoy it and are safe... I just like to get off the beaten track....
