If your fragrance is dark then it can affect your colors of soap. I try to stick to the clearer fragrance oils.

I have used 70% alcohol for yes with no issues. I have found 99% alcohol @ Wal-Mart and Family Dollar from $2.50

Personally I don't like the Stevenson Soap Base. Tried it once had a problem with a skin right after warming, that was it for me.

H are you liking saponified brand mp bases? I wanted to try it but I got some others on Amazon first including Dr. Adorable, really questionable formula, pfto brand is pretty good but expensive. Anyways Im curious to know what's your favorite brand and type bases. Thanks in advance.

I do like Sap brand, I have had no issues, no sweating. I have noticed that it is thicker, forms a skin at a higher temp. I think I have noticed that I save soap scraps to test designs and after the 3rd melt it gets very thick.

If I place the tiny flowers in the freezer to cool, how long do u think it will take to set?

Without freezer about 25 min. With freezer .... maybe 15 min ??? But not sure.
