to me KOAN Sound created probably one of the best synth lead melodies in 00:50-1:40 of all time. not only did they manage to make it sound like its telling a soulful story but if you also notice the glitches in that part it sounds like its fighting to not get glitched

I was lurking through Asa's virtually vacant ig account to see if he posted anything new and scrolled down to found out that this is a movember project that I missed. Glad I'm a pro stalker lol. Yea I've been seeing you, Alex colledge, and other familiar faces on different but similar types of videos.

I sure hope I don't find out about it the year after like I did this one. Here I was thinking that I listened to all the projects but I wasn't paying attention to the years they were released. I could've sworn beyond the shadows was the 2015 project. And today I listened to this song for the second time with good headphones and it was amazing. The first time I listened through my phone just out of strong curiosity because I love these guys. I'm so ready for the 2016 project tho. I read Burial's Wire Magazine interview about an hour ago and it was amazing. I'm thinking that these artists are our Burials and Aphex Twins. Maybe. Idk. I don't think any artist is really my Aphex Twin, yet. Culprate is close but his music doesn't make me implode like twins does. Sorrow is my Burial, though. I swear. Like people talk about how the old days were when they were listening to underground stuff and all that and I think that will never be able to be talked about by anyone born after 2k. But maybe it can be. With artists like these. I have hope. I live in Mississippi in the United states but I still have hope that I can make it to tons of bunkers and other hideaway locations to hear music that doesn't exist online. To tell people about it. To hear about it and wish I was there.
