I read your review stating they claim EMF to be 0. But the website states low EMF.

Maybe this was changed in the meantime 🤷🏼♂️

@@BerndStoesslein yes could be because no EMF is almost impossible. Anyway it's good that you measured low EMF in your review. Thanks

How much weight in sweat you can loose in a session of 60 minutes?
@BerndStoesslein2 жыл бұрын
Hi Hugo, thanks for your question. I cannot answer that, as this is highly dependent on how much water you have in your body, how well hydrated you are, how well your electrolytes are balanced and and and... So, in a nutshell, this is highly individual. Hope this helps. Wish you an energetic time. Best, Bernd

@@BerndStoesslein i was thinking if this was a good option for an athlete to loose weight with little efford.
@BerndStoesslein2 жыл бұрын
@@hugoviegas1292 Well, that depends on which kind of weight loss you're talking about...it might help you,short term, cutting some water, but you'll eventually have to rehydrate plus replennish the lost electrolytes. It's a super recovery-method tough.

@@BerndStoesslein is to go to weigh in and then re hidrate. Instead of running with a lot of clothes for 1,5h where i loose 2kg i hope to loose the same but knowing the amount of time that this would take

@@hugoviegas1292 well, let's say you're trying to cut weight in order to drop in a lighter weight class in mma or boxing (for example) then I think this COULD work, but not for permanent weight loss, in terms of bodycomposition. Long story short: I'm not sure if you will lose that much of water (2kg) in 60 min. But, again, this also depends on how well your body is trained to withstand high temperatures. If you're new to sauna sessions maybe you lose that much water, but the more you are "sauna-trained", the lesser water you will lose using it.
