Thanks for sharing you love for hoop and kicks! It’s the same for me, my love for shoes is rooted from my love for basketball! I’ve actually just started playing ball again this past year! For the past decade I barely picked up a ball because I turned my focus on being a husband and a father! But all that can really weigh down on you if you don’t find time for yourself! So now I’m glad I decided to get back in it because I realized basketball has always been my place of serenity and peace! Plus having dudes like you with the same passion for hoops and shoes really helps because I have the same play style and wear the same shoe size as yourself! You're right about these having a more wearable colorway for casual wear. I like the toned-down colors that can match with any bottoms. I hoop with kobes, but if I get these, I'll definitely wear them casually. As a 'girl dad' too, for me, this pair should stay clean forever. I didn't expect the monologue part, but I liked it when you said 'lean into what makes you happy,' because that's really what I always do. Even though I'm busy or life gets tough, I still make sure to find time to play basketball because I know it will always save me. I feel what you're going through, and the good part was you let it out. And yeah, I hope people should always show kindness because we never truly know the battles others are fighting. ~@rainrdizon
