Естесственно не могут!! По природе своей обезьяньей!!!У них нет слёзных желез. А то, что вы видите, это может быть реакция на химические, механические, физические воздействия из окружающей среды....случайно ткнули макаке в глаз или распыляли что-то рядом или же сама куда нибудь влезла......они ж любопытные....
