Statt dem Linkslauf verwendet man im Mambo Touch einfach die Geschwindigkeit 1 oder 2. Hab ich mit Kartoffelscheiben probiert - einwandfrei! Die Scheiben für den Auflauf blieben ganz :-)

Thanks for your comparison. I have read on the Cecotec Mambo facebook user group that a lot of users burnt the plastic on the jug for the Mambo and scorched the stainless steel inside when thte temperature is set to 120°C and power level set to max - 10. Maybe they had the top sealed also so the heat could not escape. As a result, it is recommended to set the power level to 7 or 8 maximum. I will try the Mambo touch soon.
