I think this is not officially confirmed by bighit. Besides Yoo Jaesuk has never been on a variety show with them besides their appearance in Running Man which was scandal-free compared to the Weekly Idol one or the show that Jungkook appeared on.

I'm glad that BTS got recognized more in their homeland, but the fact that some of these people (not Yoo Jaesuk or Seokjin Hyung) used to belittled them before their accomplishments really irks me. I know BTS had moved on from it, but I just can't. People using others for clout is just classic and hella annoying. Just my 2 cents.

I’m sure not ‘these people’. Jaesuk is well respected throughout South Korea, he doesn’t need any celebrity to make him famous. Celebrities want to meet him instead. He would not be in a TV talk show that include people who anytime bettitled anyone. A lot of people in South Korea might not listen to BTS music, but they sure know Yoo Jae Suk.

I don't want to come across as negative but I've seen many videos of him brag about his friendship with Jin and I'm going to be honest it's getting kind of annoying. Is he really a true friend?! At first it was ok! I mean why wouldn't you want to brag about being friends with Jin?! But he keeps bringing up Jin in every conversation. ARMY M.C you also have to keep in mind that while JSJ is popular, he’s sitting right next to prob THE MOST popular celebrity in Korea YJS who every Korean celebrity dreams of being friends with (the one who keeps teasing JSJ for flaunting). For years JSJ has had to hear every celeb goo goo gah gah over YJS and co. while those same celebs throw him under the bus (as a joke on Running Man) so it’s one of the few times he’s able to show off that he’s able to make a young idol friend that he’s close to.

it's weird bc i feel like these people are like vultures. if it was BTS before the popularity explosion, ofc they were treated w respect on camera but not like this. they were still having the same kind of impact on people the years before, but now it's like 'u know BTS Jin???!!!?' it comes off as them admiring BTS' popularity rather than them as they are. which is unfortunate tbh. i mean ofc, i don't know what goes on behind the scenes, Jin Seokjin and Jin met back in 2016 and they could genuinely be good friends, but people like Shin Dong and Ryeowook were so supportive of them before (from debut when no one gave them any kind attention), so in comparison to that...this kind of thing is just...tasteless..kinda
