Her washing her hair separately is I guess an old habit. Koreans use to wash their body while sitting down. You wash your hair first and then the body. So sometimes you only wash your hair sitting down or standing by the sink.

people apply the hair treatment product on their hair and leave it at least for more than 10 mins (for her case it was 30mins) and then wash them out, so it kinda makes sense for her case or she will have to stay in shower more than 30 mins, and in the full epi, she took a shower right after this part, this video just wasn't long enough to show that part, if she skipped the treatment part, she would've done it in the shower too, not separately like this

Sometimes girls (myself included) wash hair separately to not get shower gel or anything else stuck to their hair tips. I wash it separately 'cause of million treatments (have specific hair color I need to pay more attention to), and it is easier to shower without having to take off shampoo along with gel or whatever you use. I k it doesn't make sense, but I sometimes wash my hair as well separately and sometimes while showering. This doesn't mean I don't shower for days lol

I've heard that It is better to wash your hair with your head down and when I take a shower, I'm obviously naked which means that when I bend down, my boobs would be hanging and it's uncomfortable af.
